My name is Jake Herbig, and I was born and raised on the island of Kauai, Hawaii in a little town called Kalaheo. Also I am currently a freshmen at Northern Arizona University as a graphic design major with a minor in photography.

Beyond the initial capture is where I feel most comfortable in my art. In today’s day and age it helps to be technologically inclined. Which has had my name on it since I was a little kid. 

My style of composite/surreal photography reflects this background, and the time I take in the editing room to perfect my craft. 

 Ambition is priceless, which also helps to make up for the fact that I’m still fairly new photography. It’s been a little over a year since I started using the camera. 

What started as a hobby hope to one day turn into a career.
